HALLOWEEN

This year for Halloween, Justin was a FIREFIGHTER, Wyatt was GI JOE and Melissa and Weldon were...... Stinkin' CUTE! It was a lot of fun.

Smokey

This is our, I mean, Justin's new puppy Smokey. He got her from the Ward Animal Shelter in October. He LOVES his dog! She is a great addition to our Family.

FireFighting Training

Weldon is a volunteer on the Ward City Fire Department. They have training sessions and we got to go watch this one. The boys were in heaven watching daddy get to help put out the fire!

WHEN PIGS FLY!!!

It is official. Justin has the swine flu. It started with a high fever on Tuesday. Later that day our neighbor said her little boy, who g0es to daycare with Justin, had it. So I took him to the ER (if you are in a hurry, just mention "swine flu" at the ER, you get to go right in!!) He tested positive for type A flu and Strep. They had to send the swine flu test out to be read. So we went home and waited. He was doing so much better, so fast, I thought they had made a mistake. But they called today and let us know it is positive. We basically stay inside and wait it out. There is some medicine, but we felt the risk from the medicine was not worth getting better one day faster. He is doing better and by Monday should be able to go to school again:)

Bear lake fun!

What do you get when you cram all 30 Cardon's into one cabin?? A lot of fun and of course a zip line. The men spend hours and many designs, but it finally met the standard! They all had so much fun! The boys played outside in the woods almost the whole time. It was so nice to have the entire family there at once. What memories!

Rodeo

The Thorpe side of the Family went to the Rodeo together to see Ryan ride the Mutton. It was such a fun treat for us all. Wyatt Loved the Clown. Justin liked the Steer Wrestling.

The Grotto

Wyatt, Kassidy, Justin, Ryan, Paul, and Weldon and I hiked up the Grotto in Payson. It was a nice hike. The water was so cold and clear. The boys loved finding a harder path to climb up.
